In October 2025, Anna had the opportunity to present along with Professor Virginia Gryta at the New York Association of Colleges for Teacher Education.

Their roundtable talk, “Shifting Roles: Connecting Reading and Writing Instruction Through One Student’s Journey," explored how Anna’s supervised clinical teaching experience as a graduate student at CUNY Hunter transformed into Sunnyside Literacy Lab (SLL) and then expanded into a co-teaching partnership in higher education.
